Stand Alone Lease Up Service
We offer leasing services for those independent landlords who would like to hand over the tenant placement portion yet still retain management.
Our stand alone residential lease up service includes:
- Consult on market rent and make ready improvements
- Shoot interior and exterior photos and shoot a narrated walk through video tour
- Extensive online advertising
- Conduct move in condition report, shoot supplemental photos and video for additional layer of documentation
- Screen all inquiries, conduct all showings, process applications, execute lease, collect move in funds
- Our fees are deducted out of the move in funds
- You are provided the tenant files, the balance of the funds, and disposition of the funds
Our fees for this service are 75% of the first full months rent, with a minimum charge of $650.00.
