As we value and respect the privacy of our renters, we do not want to create a constant disruption by conducting accompanied showings to unqualified prospects. The only way we can ensure that we minimize traffic and guarantee that prospects are qualified is to require applications to be submitted and approved prior to conducting an occupied showing.
Once all prospective occupants are approved, you will gain exclusive access to all of our occupied dwellings. Your applications are valid within our system for 45 days from the date of approval.
Alternatively, you may wait until the property becomes vacant to schedule your self showing. Often times, our properties are rented prior to the residents vacating, so if you are really interested in a property you may want to apply so you don't miss out to someone else who was better prepared.

This spacious 3 bedroom duplex located up on the South Hills of Missoula will be available for rent June 8th. Featuring an open floor plan that is bright and sunny, and perfect for entertaining. The slider door from the large living room opens out to the side deck over looking the lush greenery.
The home also features dishwasher, washer and dryer hooks up, one and a half baths, and a HUGE two car garage. Owner provides water, sewer and trash.
Pet acceptance procedure:
Please review our pet acceptance policies and procedures on our website. All pet owners must submit an application for each pet to be considered. Service animals and ESAs are not subject to any additional fees.
Additional pet rent starts at $50.00 per month per pet, deposit starts at $500.00 per pet and pet acceptance fee of $125.00 per pet.

Applicants are not considered on a first come first served basis. Multiple applications qualifying on the same property is based on a best-qualified basis using a scoring system and on the property owner's needs.

Rent Smart offers Tenant Liability Insurance for $15.00 monthly fee which covers up to 4 household members. $100,000 liability, $10,000 personal property.
